Fees
Individual therapy intake/consultation – 75 minutes: $225.00
Individual therapy - 45 minutes: $150.00 (90834) 60 minutes: $175.00 (90837)
Supervision of mental health professionals seeking licensure – 50 minutes: $100.00
For those I see regularly more than 1x/weekly my fee will be reduced for a 45 minute session depending on times/weekly.
Psychoanalysis – 45 minutes (3 -4x/weekly) fees are negotiated to a monthly rate on an individual basis reviewed every six months. Psychoanalytic Control Cases may be eligible for sliding fee arrangements and low fee options.
Couples, individuals in crisis, and families start at $200.00 for 75 minutes/$240.00 for 90 minutes.
All professional fees are due at the time of service unless specifically arranged in advance. Additional fees will be assessed in the case of any balance beyond 30 days.
For those who are seeking reimbursement from their insurance company this will be a separate transaction from the practice of Laura Freshman LCSW LLC. and by request a superbill invoice will be provided.
Insurances accepted include: Aetna, Cofinity, Denver Health Medical Plan, Tricare - please check your eligibility and benefits as well as deductible amounts prior to scheduling.
Out of network benefits also pertain depending on your insurance plan.
I require 24 hour notification for any/all cancelled sessions - all no call/no show will be billed at full session rates. Please call/text 303-518-8111 any changes to a scheduled appointment.
